Opportunities are now available to join new and different groups with the neighbouring U3A’s of Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hertford & District, Lea Valley, Waltham Abbey and Ware. The Group Sharing agreement allows Broxbourne U3A members to join SELECTED GROUPS in these U3As without becoming a member of that U3A. The idea is to assist groups which may be struggling for members.
NOTE THAT THIS AGREEMENT ONLY APPLIES TO SPECIFIC GROUPS IN THESE U3As (normally classes which have low numbers). IF YOU WISH TO JOIN ANY OTHER GROUPS IN THESE U3As YOU WILL NEED TO JOIN THAT U3A. Please also note that priority for membership will be given to members of the "Owning" u3a group.
The links in the column on the right of this screen (under the LINKS" heading) will open a document which lists the groups in each East Herts group U3As which you can join without joining that U3A. If you wish to join any of these groups then please contact the appropriate u3a/person shown against that group.
