The Broxbourne Arts Forum(BArts) has been established for around 20 years promoting and supporting local arts and liaising with the local authority.
This group is dedicated to promoting the Arts within the Borough of Broxbourne. Many of our U3A members are associated with the group and make use of the many and varied activities that are promoted from within the group.
They usually issue a full programme in April and September, with a circulation of 2,500, but of course, everything is suspended at the moment due to Covid-19.
Among the usual, regular activities are: Let's Do Lunch - themed lunches, My Kind of Music- free, monthly piano concerts at the Spotlight, Behind the Scenes- talk, backstage tour and afternoon tea at the Spotlight, Time For Tea, BArts in the Bar with.; weekly Watercolour classes and a few professional events, including open-air Shakespeare in June or July.
