'The Really Useful Group' (RUG) consists of volunteers who help in the running of Broxbourne U3A. The members of the Group do not meet regularly in the same way as the interest Groups, but they help out at meetings and events doing all the really useful tasks such as selling tickets and conducting surveys. They can be called upon to help at monthly meetings, standing in for absentees, for example on the Registration and Raffle Tables. Sometimes they help with administration, sending out information to members.

Being a 'RUG' is not too time-consuming, but the work they do is invaluable in helping the Branch to run smoothly. If you are interested in joining them, please speak to a member of the Committee. We would appreciate your help.
